The Conversation That Started It All
The Alliance emerged from conversations among physicians who had worked in parallel for twenty years.
They had founded the leading institutes. They had trained most of the doctors now practicing this work. They had pushed the regulatory and scientific case for evidence-based regenerative care while others took shortcuts.
And yet, despite all of that work, they were each running independent practices.
Defending their outcomes one patient at a time. Watching wellness spas market "regenerative" injections to patients who could not tell the difference.
The pioneers needed a way to act collectively, on their own terms, before the market consolidated around lower-quality operators.
The conclusion was simple.
The field had been built.
The shared infrastructure had not.
Ortho Healthspan Alliance was the answer.
What We Believe

Quality and financial returns reinforce each other.
The Alliance was built on the bet that pooling clinical excellence across the country's best regenerative orthopedic practices produces a platform institutional buyers pay premium multiples for.

Physicians control both the business and the medicine.
There is no outside investor sitting on top of either board. Member practices keep 100% of clinical authority and 100% of business ownership until a future platform sale, which itself requires physician approval. The Operating Board is physician-majority. The Medical Board is physician-only. Decisions about how members practice and how the platform exits are made by the physicians who built it.

The collective is what maximizes value for physicians.
No solo practice can command institutional-grade exit multiples on its own. Pooling outcomes data, standardizing reporting, and acting as a national alliance is what unlocks middle-market valuations. The collective is the work.

Collaboration
is how excellence compounds.
Peer collaboration, shared SOPs, and a private community of the field's leaders are how every member, even those at the top, keeps growing. When pioneers act as a collective, the standards they spent careers building advance further and faster than any of them could push alone.

We have spent our careers training physicians, publishing research, and treating patients in regenerative orthopedics. We have watched the field grow from a handful of practitioners to a meaningful corner of musculoskeletal medicine. And we have watched too many of our peers, after building world-class practices, exit them for less than their work was worth.
The Alliance exists so that does not keep happening.
The Alliance is founded on a simple principle: physicians who build exceptional regenerative orthopedic practices and deliver outstanding patient care should share in the value their work creates.
